We are seeking an experienced AI Developer with hands-on expertise in Agentic AI, Generative AI, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) applications. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and deploy intelligent AI agents, multi-agent systems, and enterprise-grade AI solutions powered by LLMs

Key Responsibilities
Design and develop AI-powered applications using Large Language Models (LLMs)
Build Agentic AI systems capable of planning, reasoning, and executing multi-step tasks
Develop AI agents with tool calling, memory, workflow orchestration, and autonomous decision-making capabilities
Create Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions using vector databases and enterprise knowledge sources
Integrate AI solutions with APIs, databases, CRM platforms, and business applications
Fine-tune prompts and optimize model performance, accuracy, and cost
Build and maintain AI pipelines for document processing, summarization, classification, and conversational AI
Collaborate with product, engineering,



and business teams to deliver AI-driven solutions
Monitor AI systems in production and continuously improve reliability and performance

Required Skills
3+ years of software development experience
Robust experience with Python
Hands-on experience with Generative AI frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar
Experience building Agentic AI workflows and multi-agent systems
Knowledge of OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, or open-source LLMs
Experience with RAG architectures and vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma, or FAISS
Robust understanding of prompt engineering and LLM evaluation techniques
Experience integrating APIs, webhooks, and third-party services
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud
Understanding of software engineering best practices, testing, and deployment

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
