Key Responsibilities - User research, concept generation, prototyping, validation of concept etc. by applying Design Thinking process for Industrial Design.
User workspace design for defence systems/equipment
Design for human factors (ergonomics)
Packaging and layout of defence systems/equipment
Design for assembly, manufacturing and maintenance
Development of soft model and mock-ups for concept evaluation and refinement
Coordination with Engineering teams for concept optimization and detailing
User experience design (user interface design) & Collaboration with software teams for implementation of the User Interface Prior Experience Required - Product/Industrial Design and development experience preferably engineering, technology focused product.

Key Skills - Creative Problem solving and conceptualization
Valuable sketching and product visualization skills
Proficient in 3D modelling and realistic rendering software tools
Proficiency in image editing and graphic design software
Knowledge of materials and manufacturing processes Major keywords to enable quality search on the job portals.
