Roles and Responsibility
Manage and oversee site operations to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets to achieve project goals.
Lead and manage a team of specialists, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project execution.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and identify areas for improvement.
Ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Job Requirements
Proven experience in managing projects and leading teams in the Pharmaceutical industry.
Strong knowledge of project management principles, practices, and techniques.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a rapid-paced workplace.
Strong analytical and decision-making skills with attention to detail.
Experience with project management software and tools is an advantage.
