/ Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end execution of construction projects from mobilisation to commissioning and handover.
Prepare, monitor, and control project schedules, budgets, and execution plans.
Ensure construction activities are carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, BOQs, and contract conditions.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, vendors, and subcontractors.
Monitor project progress, milestones, and critical paths, and take corrective actions to avoid delays.
Control project costs, variations, change orders, and claims.
Review and certify contractor/vendor RA bills and final bills.
Implement and maintain QA/QC systems to ensure quality compliance.
Enforce HSE standards, statutory safety norms, and labour law compliance at site.
Lead site teams including project engineers, site engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors.
Conduct regular progress review meetings and prepare weekly/monthly MIS reports.




Ensure timely coordination for inspections, testing, approvals, and handover documentation.

Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelors Degree in mechanical Engineering
10–15 years of experience in construction / EPC / infrastructure /Piping and large equipment installation/ industrial / data center projects
Experience handling projects worth 10 Cr and above
Robust leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills
Willingness to work at project sites

Software Skills
MS Project / Primavera P6
AutoCAD (working knowledge)
MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint
