The ideal candidate will have a robust background in chemistry and experience working in the pharmaceutical industry.

Roles and Responsibility
Develop and implement new chemical synthesis methods to enhance product quality and efficiency.
Conduct experiments and analyze data to optimize chemical reactions and processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop new pharmaceutical products.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to chemical synthesis and processing.
Maintain accurate records of experiments, results,

Job Requirements
Master's degree in Chemistry or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably as a Sr. Chemist.
Possess robust knowledge of chemical principles, synthetic chemistry, and analytical techniques.
Experience with laboratory equipment such as spectrophotometers, chromatography systems, and pH meters is required.
Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in a team setting and communicate complex ideas clearly.
