Key Responsibilities:
Handle walk-in and prospective customers at project sites.
Conduct property/site visits and explain project details.
Explain amenities, floor plans, pricing and payment options.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.
Follow up with leads and assist in converting enquiries into bookings.
Coordinate with the sales team for site visits and closures.
Maintain customer records and update CRM regularly.
Achieve assigned sales and site-visit targets.
