Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and monitor day-to-day civil construction activities at the site.
Ensure work is completed as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Coordinate with contractors, workers, engineers, and vendors.
Monitor material usage, manpower, and work progress.
Ensure compliance with safety rules and site procedures.
Prepare daily site progress reports and update the project team.
Requirements:
Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
2–4 years of experience in civil construction/site supervision.
Positive knowledge of construction methods, drawings, and site management.
Positive communication and problem-solving skills.
