Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and disputes.
Analyze and report on collection performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Train and guide junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Foster a culture of professionalism and respect within the team.

Job Requirements
Proven experience in collections or a related field, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role.
Robust knowledge of collections principles, practices, and regulations.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace and meet deadlines.
Solid analytical and reporting skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
Experience with CRM software and other relevant tools.
