Assist the Store Incharge in day-to-day store operations.
Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials, tools, equipment, and consumables.
Issue materials against approved material requisition slips.
Maintain stock registers, and inventory records accurately.
Ensure proper storage, labeling, and identification of materials.
Assist in periodic physical stock verification and reconciliation.
Maintain records of inward and outward material movements.
Coordinate with procurement, site engineers, and vendors for material receipt and dispatch.
Report shortages, damages, excess stock, and discrepancies to the Store Incharge.
Support ERP or inventory software data entry and documentation.
Preserve material-related documents such as delivery challans, invoices, gate entry records, and issue slips.
