About Maple

Maple is a consumer electronics business dealing in smartphones, accessories and pre-owned/refurbished devices. We are looking for an experienced Team Lead who can manage and drive our SPOC network across Delhi & Haryana.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and lead a team of SPOCs across Delhi & Haryana.
Drive sales, business targets and revenue through the SPOC network.
Set daily/weekly/monthly targets and monitor team performance.
Ensure effective market coverage and productivity of all SPOCs.
Build and maintain relationships with retail partners, dealers and channel partners.
Drive sales of smartphones, accessories and pre-owned devices.
Monitor stock availability, device movement and sales performance.
Identify recent business prospects and expand the partner network.
Conduct regular market visits with SPOCs and provide on-ground support.
Track competitor activities, pricing and market trends.
Prepare regular MIS and performance reports for management.
Coach, train and motivate SPOCs to achieve their individual and team targets.
Coordinate with internal teams for stock, pricing, operations and customer requirements.
