Key Accountabilities:
Provide technical leadership and expertise across Oracle EPM applications including EPBCS, FCCS, PCMCS, and ARCS, ensuring stable and productive system operations.
Oversee data integrations and Data Management processes across multiple source systems, ensuring data accuracy and timely availability.
Manage global user security administration including access provisioning, role management, and compliance with SOX controls and audit requirements.
Lead monthly financial mappings, configuration updates, and production support activities, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
Coordinate testing, regression validation, and migration activities for system upgrades, patches, and enhancements.
Act as the primary liaison with Oracle Support and internal stakeholders for issue resolution and system improvements.

Drive process improvements, documentation, and lower environment maintenance/refresh while mentoring team members and coordinating with regional teams.





Education

Bachelor's or master’s degree in a relevant field of work or an equivalent combination of education and work related experience.

Experience
5+ years progressive work-related experience in systems administration and having business knowledge in terms of EPM Cloud Application and understanding of multiple discipline/processes related to the position.
Experience working in a global environment, ability to work in a fast-paced setting, geographic & cultural awareness.

Technical Skills and Knowledge
Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of structured analysis and technical design techniques.
Robust analytical and problem solving skills working towards a high level of accuracy.
Ability to effectively adapt to rapidly changing technology and apply it to business needs.
