Vedantu is one of Indias leading online learning platforms, committed to transforming education through technology. We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive to join our recruitment team and support hiring across various business functions.

Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers.
Manage candidate pipelines and maintain recruitment trackers.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Meet hiring targets within defined timelines.
Build and maintain a strong talent pool for current and future hiring needs.




Collaborate with stakeholders to understand hiring requirements and provide regular recruitment updates.

Eligibility Criteria
Minimum 1 year of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
Fluency in both Tamil and Telugu is mandatory (speaking, reading, and writing preferred).
Experience in volume hiring, BPO, EdTech, sales, or customer support recruitment will be an added advantage.
Familiarity with job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven workplace.
