Talent Acquisition Intern
Support the recruitment team in sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate records. The intern will assist in day-to-day hiring coordination and ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Key responsibilities:
Source candidates from job portals, LinkedIn, and referrals.
Screen resumes and share shortlisted profiles with recruiters.
Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.job-boards.
Update ATS, trackers, and recruitment reports.
Assist with job postings, follow-ups, and candidate communication.
Required skills:
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
Basic knowledge of recruitment or HR.
Good command of MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
Willingness to learn and work in a quick-paced setting.
