About the Role:

As a UX Designer II at Exxat,youll craft intuitive, user-centered solutions that enhance experiences forstudents, educators, and administrators in healthcare education. You'llcontribute to the design process from ideation to execution, aligning your workwith business goals and design best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Translate product goals into well-structureddesign solutions.

Apply visual and interaction design fundamentalsto craft user flows, wireframes, and UI mockups.

Participate in user research and usabilitytesting to validate and improve your designs.

Contribute to and follow the design system toensure visual and functional consistency.





Collaborate closely with cross-functional teamsincluding PMs, developers, and QA.

Seek and incorporate feedback to iterate ondesign work.

Manage your own work independently and meetproject deadlines consistently.

What You Bring :

5+ years of UX design experience, preferably ina SaaS or B2B workplace.

Proficiency in tools like Figma, Sketch, orAdobe XD.

Solid grasp of design principles, usability,and accessibility.

Ability to connect design work to user needs andbusiness outcomes.

Experience participating in user research andapplying insights.

Familiarity with design systems and agileproduct teams.
