:

A Staff Nurse is responsible for providing high-quality patient care, monitoring patient health, administering medications, and assisting physicians and healthcare teams in delivering effective treatment. The role involves maintaining patient records, ensuring safety, and supporting patients emotionally and physically.

Key Responsibilities
Assess patients’ conditions and record medical histories
Monitor vital signs such as temperature, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
Assist in medical procedures and surgeries
Provide wound care and manage dressings
Educate patients and their families about health conditions and care plans
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation




Ensure infection control and follow clinic safety protocols
Collaborate with doctors and other healthcare professionals
Respond to emergencies and provide first aid or life support when required

Required Qualifications
Qualification:ANM OR DMLT,Gnm,BSc
Basic Life Support (BLS) or Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification (preferred).
