Job Summary The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for supporting end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and candidate management. The role focuses on attracting qualified talent and ensuring a seamless hiring experience for candidates and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other talent channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.




Maintain candidate pipelines and update recruitment systems.
Communicate regularly with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements.
Schedule and facilitate recruitment activities and follow-ups.
Support offer rollout, documentation, and onboarding coordination.
Ensure a positive candidate experience and employer brand representation.
Track recruitment metrics and maintain accurate hiring records.
