Title: React.js Lead / Senior Consultant with Svelte Js experience

We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead – Frontend Engineering with strong expertise in React.js and Svelte.js to lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on technical leader who can drive frontend architecture, guide engineering teams, establish development standards, and collaborate closely with product, UX, backend, and architecture teams.

Requirements:
A minimum of 8 years of experience in software/frontend application development.
Solid hands-on development experience with React.js .
Strong hands-on development experience with Svelte.js and/or SvelteKit .
Advanced proficiency in JavaScript ES6+ and TypeScript .
Solid experience of HTML5, CSS3, SCSS, Responsive Web Design,



and Contemporary frontend development practices
Robust experience developing reusable UI components and component libraries.
Experience with frontend state management solutions such as Redux, Redux Toolkit, Zustand, Context API , and Svelte Stores
Experience integrating applications with REST APIs and/or GraphQL .
Strong knowledge of asynchronous programming and API communication.
Solid understanding of frontend application architecture and design patterns.
Experience with Git-based source-control platforms.
Experience with modern build and development tools such as Vite, Webpack, npm, Yarn, or pnpm
Experience with unit and frontend testing frameworks.
Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization skills.
