We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist with expertise in hiring for one or more of the following industries:
Real Estate
Manufacturing
IT
Banking
Healthcare
Education
Must have experience in Middle East Region Hiring
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from requisition intake to onboarding.
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and market trends.
Build talent pipelines through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, networking, and talent mapping.
Screen, assess, and evaluate candidates based on functional and domain expertise.
Coordinate interviews, offer negotiations, and candidate engagement.
Maintain recruitment dashboards and hiring metrics.
Deliver quality hiring within agreed timelines and SLAs.
Ensure an exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience.
Required Skills
Robust experience in at least one of the above domains.
Expertise in sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Foundit, and social platforms.
Solid stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience in volume and niche hiring.
Strong candidate assessment capabilities.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced and target-driven environment.
