The right candidate will perform the role of a outbound telecaller, contacting borrowers for payment collection purposes.
Calling customers to remind them of outstanding payments
Convincing customers for timely payments
Maintaining accurate customer case details in the CRM/Dialer software.
Achieving monthly targets assigned
Must have fluent Odia speaking skills
Must have fluent Hindi speaking skills
Must be able to read and write in English
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
