Key Responsibilities
Oversee all in-store operations and ensure adherence to brand standards and operational excellence.
Drive outstanding customer satisfaction and foster brand loyalty through exceptional service.
Ensure an elevated in-store experience with effective visual merchandising, displays, and well-groomed staff in line with brand guidelines.
Train, mentor, and motivate the store team on product knowledge, sales techniques,



and brand experience.
Plan and manage staff rosters to ensure adequate coverage at all times.
Maintain optimal stock levels and ensure zero discrepancies in store inventory.
Address and resolve customer complaints in alignment with brand standards and ensure service recovery.
Monitor store performance and ensure achievement of monthly and annual sales targets.
Collaborate with internal teams to execute brand promotions and initiatives effectively.

Experience
Minimum 4–6 years of experience in retail.
At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably with a luxury retail brand.

Qualification
Graduate in any discipline.
