Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers and introduce company services.
Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries.
Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
Follow up with customers regarding products or services.
Maintain records of calls and customer details in the database.
Achieve daily and monthly call targets.
Build and maintain solid customer relationships.

Required Skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to convince and negotiate with customers.
Basic computer and data entry skills.
Solid listening and problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications
Minimum: Plus Two / Diploma / Any Degree.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Preferred
Experience in tele calling, sales, or customer service.
Knowledge of digital marketing or IT training courses.
