We are looking for a Supply Chain Executive to manage purchase-related activities, including preparation of Purchase Indents (PI) and Purchase Orders (PO), vendor coordination, and ensuring timely availability of materials across Ageless Clinic locations.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and process Purchase Indents (PI) based on business and clinic requirements.
Create and process Purchase Orders (PO) after obtaining the necessary approvals.
Coordinate with vendors for quotations, pricing, availability, and delivery timelines.
Follow up with vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials.
Coordinate with internal teams and clinics regarding material requirements.
Maintain accurate records of PIs, POs, invoices, and purchase-related documents.
Track pending orders and ensure timely closure of open POs.
Support inventory planning and monitor stock requirements.
Verify purchase details, quantities, rates, and other relevant information before processing.
Coordinate with the Finance and Accounts team for invoice and payment-related queries.
Prepare regular purchase and order status reports.
Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline; Supply Chain/Procurement qualification will be an advantage.
1–3 years of experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, Purchase, or similar roles.
Good knowledge of PI and PO processes.
Strong vendor coordination and negotiation skills.
Valuable command of MS Excel and MS Office.
Robust attention to detail and documentation skills.
Valuable communication and follow-up skills.
Ability to manage multiple requirements and work within timelines.
