About the Role

Inclits Core Ventures Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an energetic and result-oriented Tele Sales Executive with 1–3 years of experience in the real estate industry. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a sales-driven approach, and the ability to convert leads into successful site visits and bookings.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate sales opportunities.
Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable real estate projects.
Schedule and coordinate property site visits with potential clients.
Maintain regular follow-ups and build strong customer relationships.
Convert qualified leads into site visits, bookings, and sales.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
Achieve assigned monthly sales and lead-conversion targets.
Coordinate with the sales and site teams to ensure smooth customer handling.
Stay updated on project details, pricing, offers,



and market trends.

Requirements
1–3 years of experience in a real estate company is mandatory.
Previous experience in tele-sales, inside sales, or real estate sales preferred.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
Target-oriented and self-motivated personality.
Ability to handle customer queries professionally.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM tools is an advantage.
Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred.
