Divyansh Honda is looking for a Telecaller to support customer engagement, lead follow-ups, and appointment scheduling for sales and service activities.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
Follow up on sales and service leads
Schedule showroom visits and service appointments
Maintain accurate customer records and call logs
Inform customers about offers, campaigns, and recent products
Handle customer inquiries in a professional manner
Coordinate with sales and service teams for lead management
Achieve daily calling and follow-up targets

Requirements:




Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling, customer service, or customer support
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer proficiency (MS Excel, MS Word, Email)
Ability to communicate confidently over the phone
Solid follow-up and customer handling skills
Organized and detail-oriented approach to work
Experience in automobile, retail, or customer-facing industries preferred
