Supply Chain & Inventory Planning – E-commerce Executive

We are looking for a Supply Chain & Inventory Planning Executive with a minimum of 2 years of experience in managing inventory, stock planning, and e-commerce operations.

The candidate should be comfortable handling multiple warehouses and multiple SKUs, and should have robust working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and monitor inventory across multiple warehouses.
Track SKU-wise stock levels, sales movement, and replenishment requirements.
Ensure adequate stock availability for e-commerce sales.
Coordinate stock transfers between warehouses whenever required.
Monitor fast-moving, slow-moving, and out-of-stock SKUs.
Prepare regular inventory and sales reports.
Coordinate with warehouse, sales, purchase, and e-commerce teams.
Support inventory planning for sales events, promotions, and seasonal demand.
Maintain accurate stock and reconciliation reports.





Required Skills & Experience
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain, Inventory Planning, E-commerce Operations, or a similar role.
Experience handling multiple warehouses and a large number of SKUs.
Positive knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
Hands-on experience with Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, filters, formulas, and data analysis.
Good understanding of inventory planning, stock replenishment, and warehouse coordination.
Solid numerical and analytical skills.
Experience in the e-commerce or consumer electronics industry will be preferred.
