Role & responsibilities
Provide basic technical support to employees for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, Wi-Fi, and other IT equipment.
Install, configure, and update operating systems and software applications.
Assist with setting up laptops, user accounts, email, and other IT services for recent employees.
Maintain IT asset and equipment records.
Monitor and resolve support requests in a timely manner.
Assist with basic network and connectivity troubleshooting.
Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate IT team members.
Follow IT security, backup, and data protection practices.
Maintain basic documentation of troubleshooting procedures and solutions.
