About the Role We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to manage customer communication related to healthcare services. The role includes handling customer queries, sharing general service information, coordinating appointments, and maintaining follow-ups through phone and other communication channels.

Position Details
Job Title: Customer Support Executive
Location: Shadipur, Delhi
Job Type: Full-time
Working Days: 6 days per week
Week-Off: Rotational
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
Respond to customer queries in a professional and courteous manner.
Share general information about available healthcare services.
Follow up with customers regarding their service-related queries and requests.
Coordinate appointment requests with the concerned team.
Maintain accurate customer details and communication records.




Update call and follow-up information in the relevant system.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer requests.
Ensure clear and timely communication with customers.
Attend work-related activities at the company's healthcare facility when required.

Eligibility
Minimum 6 months of experience in telecalling or customer support.
Experience in healthcare or customer service will be an advantage.
Valuable verbal communication skills.
Professional and customer-focused approach.
Ability to understand and respond to customer queries effectively.
Basic computer knowledge.
Comfortable working in a 6-day work schedule with a rotational week-off.
Willingness to attend work-related activities at the company's healthcare facility when required.

What We Offer
Fixed monthly salary of ₹15,000 – ₹20,000.
