About the Job – Thozo

Thozo is a technology and business solutions company providing software, digital products, automation, web & mobile applications, business management solutions, marketing services, and partner technology products to businesses.

As part of the Thozo team, you will work with customers to understand their business requirements, explain suitable products and services, generate leads, follow up with customers, and help convert enquiries into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities
Handle customer enquiries through phone, WhatsApp and online leads
Explain Thozo's own products and partner products
Understand customer business requirements
Recommend suitable software or digital solutions
Follow up with leads and existing customers
Explain subscription, setup and renewal charges clearly
Schedule product demos when required
Maintain customer and lead information
Coordinate with the technical/support team
Achieve monthly sales and follow-up targets




Maintain qualified communication with customers
