Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing suitable candidates, conducting initial screening, coordinating interviews, and ensuring timely closures for various positions.

Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment and candidate sourcing.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals & references.
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain candidate database and recruitment MIS.
Follow up with candidates until joining.
Handle salary negotiation and joining formalities.
Meet recruitment targets and ensure timely closures.

Requirements
Graduate; MBA/PGDM in HR preferred. Not Pursuing.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Robust sourcing, screening and follow-up skills.
Knowledge of Naukri, LinkedIn & MS Excel.
Immediate Joiners Preferred .
