WE ARE HIRING: Telugu Technical Support Executive
Are you a customer-focused qualified with experience in voice support and upselling? We are looking for a Telugu Technical Support Executive to join our team in Kolkata!
Location: Salt Lake Sector V, Kolkata (Work from Office)
Experience: 1–2 Years (Voice Process / BPO / Customer Support)
Shift Timings: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Day Shift)
Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Sunday Fixed Off)
Key Requirements
Experience: Minimum 1–2 years in Voice Process, Customer Support, or BPO.
Sales Ability: Mandatory experience in upselling / cross-selling.
Language Proficiency: Fluent in Telugu, Hindi, and English (Mandatory)
Joining: Immediate joiners preferred
Interview Mode: Face-to-Face
