ConvexTech is looking for a US IT Recruiter with 1–3 years of experience in US staffing. The ideal candidate should have solid knowledge of US visa types, core IT technologies, and hands-on experience sourcing, screening, and submitting candidates for US-based clients.

1–3 years of US IT recruitment experience (mandatory)

Strong knowledge of US hiring process & tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099 – basic understanding)

Good understanding of core IT technologies (Dev, SAP, ERP, Testing, Cloud, etc.)

Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)

Ability to work in a fast-paced staffing setting

Qualifications

Graduate / Postgraduate (any stream)

Relevant US staffing experience preferred over degree
