About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Travel Sales Consultants to join our team. The role involves understanding customers' travel requirements, recommending suitable travel experiences, handling leads, and converting enquiries into bookings.

Key Responsibilities
Connect with customers through calls and other communication channels to understand their travel requirements.
Build rapport and understand customer preferences, budget, destination interests and expectations.
Recommend suitable travel packages and create personalized travel experiences.
Prepare and share itineraries, quotations and relevant package details.
Follow up with customers and manage leads effectively throughout the sales journey.
Handle customer questions,



objections and negotiations professionally.
Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling based on customer requirements.

Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
