Telecaller – Umrah Sales

Employment: Full time

Responsibilities:
Handle inbound & outbound calls for Umrah enquiries.
Explain Umrah packages, pricing and inclusions.
Follow up with leads through calls & WhatsApp.
Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
Maintain lead/CRM records and daily follow-up reports.
Handle basic customer queries and coordinate with the operations team.

Requirements:
Excellent communication skills in English & Urdu.
Positive convincing and sales skills.
Freshers can apply; Travel/Umrah sales experience preferred.
Target-oriented and customer-friendly.

Target & Incentive:
Monthly Target: 5 - 10 confirmed Umrah bookings.
Target Achievement: Additional incentives/bonuses may be provided for achieving or exceeding monthly targets.
Performance Review: Targets and incentive structure may be revised based on business requirements and individual performance.

Salary: Fixed Salary Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
