We are seeking a skilled Technical Recruiter to join our energetic team. As a Technical Recruiter , you will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and hiring talented specialists for technical positions within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technical roles and technologies, as well as proven experience in full-cycle recruiting.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.

Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, skilled networks, and referrals.

Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.

Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.





Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and technical teams.

Manage candidate communications and provide timely updates throughout the recruitment process.

Facilitate technical assessments and evaluations, as required.

Extend offers of employment and negotiate compensation packages.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in technical recruiting
