Job Description We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing & Social Media

Executive to manage and grow the digital presence of our FMCG brand. The ideal candidate should have a creative mind-set, strong marketing knowledge, and hands-on experience in social media management, website updates, SEO, and digital promotions.

Key Responsibilities 1. Manage and grow all social media platforms including:

· Social Media Management

· Website Management

· SEO (Search Engine Optimization)

· YouTube Marketing

· Google Ads/Business Profile (Manage and optimize the company's Google Business Profile, update business details, respond to reviews, publish posts, and improve local search visibility.)
Plan, create and schedule engaging content.
Create promotional campaigns for recent product launches and seasonal promotions.
Handle website updates and coordinate with developers whenever required.
Perform SEO

(Search Engine Optimization) to improve website ranking.
Run and optimize Google

advertising campaigns.
Improve brand visibility through digital marketing strategies.




Create attractive social media creatives using Canva/Photoshop or similar software.
Edit and create short promotional videos (10–30 seconds) for social media.
Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics and other reporting tools.
Generate quality leads and improve online brand awareness.
Coordinate with the management team for marketing campaigns.
Prepare and maintain daily marketing activity reports in Excel, including campaign performance, lead generation, social media updates, website activities, and other key performance metrics for management review.

Required Skills 1. Minimum 3

years of experience in Digital Marketing.
Solid knowledge of:

· SEO

· Google Ads

· Meta Ads

· Social Media Marketing

· YouTube Marketing

· LinkedIn Marketing

· Google Business Profile

· Advance Excel
Basic graphic designing knowledge.
Video editing skills (Premiere Pro, CapCut, After Effects, Canva, etc.).
Knowledge of AI tools (ChatGPT, Canva AI, Adobe Firefly, etc.) will be an added advantage.
Valuable English & Hindi communication skills.
