Job Responsibilities

• Meet prospective clients at their homes, offices, or project sites.

• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable architectural and interior solutions.

• Present Buildzy's portfolio, quotations, and project proposals.

• Conduct site visits and client meetings.

• Negotiate pricing and close deals.

• Coordinate with architects, designers, and project teams.

• Build long-term client relationships.

• Achieve monthly revenue targets.

Required Skills

• Proven experience in Architecture or Interior Design sales.

• Robust presentation and negotiation skills.

• Knowledge of residential and commercial interiors.

• Understanding of floor plans, materials, modular kitchens, wardrobes, false ceilings, flooring, lighting, and construction processes.

• Ability to close high-value projects.

• Willingness to travel for client meetings.
