Job Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to new and existing customers and generate business enquiries.
Follow up with leads regularly and maintain strong customer relationships.
Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the sales team for further assistance.
Manage and update customer and lead details in the CRM system.
Assign leads to the appropriate sales executives and ensure timely follow-up.
Monitor the status of enquiries, follow-ups, and lead conversions.
Handle customer queries professionally and provide accurate information.
Ensure all leads and customer interactions are properly recorded and updated.
Make payment follow-up calls and coordinate with customers regarding pending payments.





Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling, customer support, sales coordination, or a similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Valuable knowledge of Malayalam and English.
Basic computer knowledge.
Solid follow-up and coordination skills.
Positive organizational and reporting abilities.
Confident, responsible, and target-oriented approach.
Ability to work effectively with the sales team.
