Ensure production targets are achieved within the defined timelines.
Coordinate with Stores and Purchase Departments for timely availability of raw materials, components, and consumables.
Monitor manpower utilization and allocate work according to production requirements.
Supervise production workers on the shop floor.
Coordinate with the Quality Department to ensure products meet required quality standards.
Ensure proper documentation and traceability of production activities.
