Key Responsibilities
Understand business/functional requirements and convert them into technical solutions.
Lead, mentor, and guide development teams.
Prepare project plans, schedules, and effort estimations.
Design and develop applications using .NET Core, MVC & Angular.
Develop and optimize MS SQL Server, stored procedures, functions, and queries.
Support MES (Manufacturing Execution System) applications and integrations.
Ensure compliance with SDLC, coding standards,



and quality guidelines.
Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance.
Coordinate with stakeholders, PMs, and cross-functional teams.
Troubleshoot production issues and drive process improvements.
