Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruitment Specialist, based in the Greater Bengaluru Area. The Recruitment Specialist will oversee and manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and collaborating with hiring managers to match talent with appropriate roles.
Responsibilities also include coordinating onboarding processes, training new hires, and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders throughout the hiring lifecycle.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Hiring and Recruiting, with a track record of identifying and hiring top talent
Strong Interviewing and Communication skills for effective candidate evaluation and engagement
Experience in Training and onboarding, ensuring a seamless transition for recent hires
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Good organizational and time-management skills
Knowledge of HR software and recruitment tools is a plus
Ability to work in a energetic in office environment in the Greater Bengaluru Area
