Must have good knowledge of civil construction work and interior work.
Good understanding of RCC work, brickwork, plastering, flooring, painting, finishing, and other civil/interior works.
Must be able to read and understand engineering drawings.
Should have a Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering.
Relevant experience in the construction field is mandatory.
Should have solid problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Ability to identify and resolve site-related and execution issues effectively.
Valuable knowledge of site measurements, material requirements, quality control, and work execution
