Provide and assign all machining work to machine operators as per production requirements and priorities.
Coordinate and handle all outside machining/job work, including sending components, following up with vendors, and ensuring timely completion.
Ensure all finished parts are properly inspected, identified, and pulled up/pushed up to the next process without unnecessary delays.
Coordinate purchase enquiries for raw materials as per production requirements, including preparing requirements and following up for timely availability.
Ensure timely completion of assigned machining activities while maintaining required quality standards.
Maintain proper records and follow up on pending machining, outside job work, raw material requirements, breakdowns, and maintenance activities.
