Concentrix is hiring Voice and Non-Voice Executives for its Gurgaon location. We are looking for enthusiastic freshers and experienced candidates with valuable English communication skills and a customer-focused approach.

Handle customer queries through calls

Non-Voice Process
Handle customer support through chat, email, or backend operations
Good written English and grammar required
Good typing speed and accuracy
Versant assessment is mandatory





Eligibility
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
Minimum 12th pass or Graduate (as per process requirement)
Good English communication skills
Basic computer knowledge
Willingness to work in rotational shifts

Salary & Benefits
₹18,000 – ₹24,000 in hand per month
Salary depends on profile and interview performance
