Job Summary

We are looking for energetic and customer-focused Retail Sales Executives to join Reliance Smart. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, driving sales, maintaining product displays, and ensuring an excellent in-store shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

Assist customers in selecting products and provide accurate product information.

Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

Maintain attractive and organized product displays.

Ensure shelves are properly stocked and products are available.

Check product pricing, labels, and promotional offers.

Support customers with queries, exchanges, and basic service requirements.

Promote ongoing offers and schemes to customers.

Maintain cleanliness and proper presentation of the assigned section.

Coordinate with store staff for smooth day-to-day operations.

Follow company policies, safety standards,



and store procedures.

Eligibility

Qualification: 10th Pass / 12th Pass or above

Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply

Positive communication and customer-handling skills

Positive attitude and willingness to work in a retail environment

Comfortable working in shifts

Candidates with retail, FMCG, supermarket, or sales experience will be preferred

Compensation & Advantages

Salary: ₹11,000 – ₹12,000 per month + Incentives
