Key Responsibilities
Source current sales prospects through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls, emails, and other communication channels.
Counsel prospective students and parents regarding training and certification programs.
Understand customer requirements and recommend the most suitable course.
Convert qualified leads into successful admissions and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Build and maintain solid relationships with prospective students and parents.
Guide students through the admission and application process.
Assist students in preparing and submitting the required documents for enrolment.
Provide accurate information regarding admission requirements, enrolment procedures, course details, and fee structure.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admission process.
Maintain and update lead information in the CRM system.
Ensure timely follow-ups and provide excellent customer service throughout the admission journey.
