Key ResponsibilitiesContact prospective students through phone calls and explain our training programs.
Follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns and inquiries.
Understand students' career goals and recommend suitable courses.
Schedule counselling sessions and assist with the admission process.
Maintain accurate records of student interactions in the CRM.
Build solid relationships with students and parents.
Coordinate with the counselling and admissions team to ensure smooth enrollments.
Achieve individual and team performance goals while maintaining excellent customer service.
RequirementsAny Graduate or Diploma holder.
0–3 years of experience in Tele Sales,
Customer Support, Education Counselling, or a related field.
Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.
