Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated Community Mobiliser to support awareness and mobilization activities under the TB Mukt Janjyati Program. The candidate will play a key role in engaging tribal and rural communities, promoting tuberculosis (TB) awareness, and encouraging participation in screening and treatment initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct community awareness sessions on TB prevention, symptoms, diagnosis, and treatment.
Mobilize tribal and rural communities to participate in TB screening and healthcare activities.
Organize village meetings, health campaigns, and IEC (Information, Education & Communication) activities.




Coordinate with local leaders, Self-Help Groups (SHGs), community influencers, and other stakeholders.
Maintain records of outreach activities, community engagements, and beneficiaries reached.
Support implementation of program activities in assigned field locations.
Ensure timely reporting and documentation of field activities.

Requirements
Eligibility Criteria
Graduate preferred.
Minimum 1 year of experience in community mobilization, social development, public health, NGO, or field outreach activities.
Robust communication skills in the local language.
Ability to build rapport with community members and stakeholders.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area.
Basic documentation and reporting skills.
