RequirementsEducation:



12th pass / Diploma / Graduate.
Experience: 0–5 years in BPO, voice process, customer service, or related roles.
Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
Valuable listening, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable working in rotational shifts, if required.
