Key Responsibilities:
Technical Drafting: Prepare, revise, and maintain detailed 2D shop drawings and fabrication layouts in compliance with project specifications and engineering standards.
Survey Data Interpretation: Analyze and evaluate site survey reports to cross-reference field conditions against design intents, identifying and resolving spatial discrepancies.
Quantity Surveying & Take-offs: Conduct comprehensive quantity analysis and material take-offsfrom architectural and structural drawings.
Material & Cost Estimation: Compile accurate Bills of Materials (BOM) and Bill of Quantities (BOQ), factoring in structural waste and procurement margins. [1, 2]
Spatial Analysis: Perform exact gross and net area calculations for zoning, structural estimation, and regulatory compliance.
