Recruiter / Talent Acquisition

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter / Talent Acquisition specialist to join our team. This role is crucial in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to support our company's growth. You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to extending offers.

Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates.
Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, qualified networks, and employee referrals.
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Manage the offer process, including salary negotiations and background checks.
Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing requirements and develop targeted recruitment plans.




Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist.
Solid understanding of full-cycle recruiting processes.
Proficiency in using various recruitment tools and technologies, including ATS.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Solid organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
